The short answer
Elite Growth & Social Media offers AI receptionist plans at $500, $850, and $1,500 per month. Every plan includes setup, custom scripting, and ongoing support. Those are our prices, not an estimate of every provider in the market. The best fit depends on call volume, the workflow you need, and the integrations involved.
Start with how calls become customers
Count the calls your business receives and identify what happens when someone reaches voicemail. Some callers need a quick answer; others need qualification or a booking. A useful proposal should explain which of those tasks the system will handle and what still belongs to your team.
Compare included usage
Our Core plan lists up to 300 calls per month and Pro lists up to 750. Elite lists unlimited calls. Before signing, confirm how calls are counted, how unusually long calls are handled, and what happens if you exceed a plan allowance. Do not assume that two providers use the same definition of usage.
Look beyond the voice
A natural voice is only one part of the service. Calendar rules, CRM connections, routing, scripts, reporting, and support affect day-to-day usefulness. Make a list of the tools you already use and ask which integrations are included in the proposal. Confirm any separate software charges before launch.
Evaluate the economics with your own numbers
Estimate the value of additional appointments conservatively. For example, if a completed appointment contributes $100 after delivery costs, a $500 monthly service would need five additional completed appointments to cover that fee alone. This is an illustration, not a revenue forecast; include other costs and account for cancellations.
Ask these questions before choosing a plan
What is included in setup? Which booking tool will be connected? When does a caller reach a person? Who updates the script? How is usage measured? What support is included? Get the answers in writing so your comparison is based on the full service.
Choose a practical next step
Review our detailed pricing, then bring your call volume and current booking process to a strategy call. If you do not know your volume yet, start with your phone-system reports instead of guessing.
